Refund Policy

Digital Courses & Programs

Because our courses and digital programs grant you immediate access to proprietary curriculum and materials, all purchases are final once access has been delivered. We're not able to offer refunds for change of mind after materials have been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Retreats

Retreat spots are limited and booked against real venue and lodging costs on your behalf, so the following applies:

• Retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Your spot may be transferred to another person. The recipient must be a working industry professional and is subject to approval by Tania before the transfer is final. Transfer requests require at least 30 days' notice before the retreat begins so vetting can be completed.
• Payment plans must be paid in full before the retreat begins. If your balance isn't fully paid by then, you won't be able to attend, and payments already made are forfeited under the non-refundable policy above.
• If we ever need to reschedule a retreat, we'll announce the new date within 30 days and your registration will automatically transfer to it.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching packages are paid in full at enrollment and are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue coaching partway through a package, any unused sessions are forfeited.

Enrollment Agreements

If you've signed an enrollment agreement for a specific program or retreat, the terms of that agreement govern in the event of any difference from this page.
